Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the amount of radio frequency energy absorbed by the body when using a mobile phone. The German Federal Radiation Protection Agency regularly checks the latest mobile phones, and from this we can find out exactly which device has less radiation and which type uses the limits more strongly. It is good to know that the SAR limit in Europe is 2 watts / kg, and overseas it is 1,6 watts / kg. According to Gearbest, 58 percent of devices today are below 0,6 W / kg, which is really a low number, however, we’ll see in the list below that there are models that already exceed the U.S. limit. . Because this is confused by a relatively large number of people, it is especially emphasized that SAR covers electromagnetic radiation and not ionizing radiation (i.e., it is not like nuclear radiation).

Honestly, it’s pretty hard to imagine life right now without a smartphone, whether it’s harmful or not, it’s become part of our everyday lives; all we can do is pay attention to the SAR value or do not put our beloved phone next to us at night.
