Here is the 444.hu, surprisingly new news portal of Péter Uj

The former editor-in-chief of Index yesterday launched at 10 a.m. 444.hu., the new news portal of our country.

The very fact that the site was launched is noteworthy, but to me it was much more surprising to 444.hu. skin, skin, structure, who likes that. I could say that with the new image of HOC.hu, we were a little ahead of Péter Uj's side, and we wouldn't lie, but at the same time we don't have to be surprised on the outside. Nowadays, we are living in the heyday of blog culture, and it seems that it wasn’t just in my brain that the idea was born that blogs wouldn’t adapt to traditionally taken portals, so portals need to blog somewhat.

Surely, the time has come, or if it has not yet, then it will soon come when the mountain does not go to Muhammad, saying no longer in the old sense. Soon the blog will be the mountain and the portal will be Mohamed, if we like it, content producers, if not.

Nowadays, it is no longer true that bloggers, without merit, are crushing the traditional portal structure. In fact, producing content on a large site is a serious expense, while for a blog it is a much smaller edition, if only because it is mostly based on the work of 1-2-3 people. That’s right, but we need to realize that blogs, at least better blogs, are no longer simply the entertainment, the way of self-expression of untrained, self-bursting nonsense. One of the good and visited blogs produces quality content that cannot be left without a word, so the focus shifts from old news portals and content to easy and fast-consuming blog content.

Whether this is good or bad for us, we do not yet know, it will be decided in the coming years, but it is certain that the needs of the world, the internet, the new generations of content consumers must be taken into account, met, served, because who does not makes it easy to fail.

For me, it is definitely a pleasure to 444.hu., because I find the usual light, entertaining, but still authentic content on Index. I hope that there won't be many similar ones, it started in the shadow of Index and Origo, and was "ported" by them to the fate of portals, it will live and thrive for many years. So be it!
