Portable speaker system for iPod music players

Japan's Elecom has introduced an iPod speaker system with more modest capabilities than the previously described device, but perfectly meeting the basic requirements.

Available in white and black, the portable device can be operated with four AAA pencil batteries, but you can even provide the power you need for operation via your computer's USB port if needed. The big downside to many accessories with similar functionality is that it only works with iPods and iPod nano music players.

The Elecom ASP-P100 stereo speakers are 1,8 cm in diameter, 2 × 1 watt, weigh 85 grams, and measure 80 × 88 × 25 mm.
