Three AMD Llano motherboards have been announced by ECS
The manufacturer’s three boards include one in ATX and two in Micro-ATX format.
Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) has announced three FM1 socket motherboards that are perfectly compatible with AMD Llano units coming in June and use a chipset called the Hudson D3. Of these, the A75F-A (Black Deluxe) board is the only one that has standard ATX sizes. In addition to the four DDR3 DIMM sockets, there are four USB 3.0, five SATA III, one e-SATA and one PCI-E 16x port. In addition, an eight-channel audio codec is present, as are the HDMI, DVI and D-Sub video connectors. The A75F-M very similar to the previous one, there was only so much change here - in addition to the Micro-ATX size - that e-SATA lagged behind, but in exchange for six instead of five, six SATA III ports were available. The A75F-M2 - also with Micro-ATX size - offers the most modest output of the three, here the number of DDR3 memory slots is already two, ie halved, and there are not eight but six-channel audio codecs on the page. PCI-E 16x bus, USB 3.0 and SATA III ports did not shorten.
Additional information about these products is likely to be provided by Computex only.
