Dell computers with Linux are coming soon

Dell announced its intention to launch some of its computer configurations with a preinstalled Linux operating system more than a month ago.

Dell, along with Microsoft and Novel, will begin promoting Linux operating systems. With that, he concluded in November last year Microsoft-Novell partnership the American company came in third.

As a result of the collaboration, Dell will acquire a license for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server from Novell and begin marketing and support activities to promote Novell's operating system. This may be a bit strange after the news last week that Ubuntu will be available on the first Dell computers with Linux.

This probably won't change, the only difference between the two distributions is that Dell will offer different Linux for certain computer configurations.
