An update for the Sony VAIO E series is coming soon!

Spring is a period of renewal, as evidenced by the Sony VAIO E series, which will soon be introducing the latest models with many useful details.

The Sony VAIO E series is a very popular family with great features. The machines with a 14-inch image diameter are easy to carry due to their size, so they can be a great companion either at home or at lectures for students. The basic colors of the E series are black, white and pink. In these cases, a strip of a color other than the base color, but matching the color, runs around the edges of the lid and frame, tossing up the overall picture. If we may not be able to make friends with these colors, we can also order an individual for ourselves.

For many smaller notebooks, there is a doubt that there is not enough space for the keys. This is not to be feared in this case, as the layout on Sony notebooks allows for convenient and fast typing. The touch pad has been conveniently customized so that we can easily take advantage of the multi touch options with several fingers. The keyboard is smartly backlit, a sensor monitors the light conditions and turns it on accordingly (the same sensor also controls the brightness of the screen for the most economical energy consumption).

A definitely new feature is the feature called Gesture Control. Here we can control our machine with different movements. So far, only basic applications such as WMP, IE9, and PowerPoint and PowerDVD are supported. By performing various gestures in front of the webcam, you can jump to the next track or switch between open web pages.

Speaking of cameras, it’s definitely worth mentioning that thanks to HD resolution, video calling will give you a clearer and sharper picture than ever before. On previous machines, the speakers have left some sour mouthfeel in the user compared to the overall picture quality, but Sony promises that xLOUD and Clear Phase technologies will remedy this previous weakness. Smart energy has already been mentioned above, but not all have been discussed. Sony has given us 7 hours of operating time as factory data.

Added to this is the Rapid Wake + Eco function, which puts our machine in a special hibernation state, thanks to which it can keep our interrupted work for up to 10 days and we can resume work from where we left off at the touch of a button. In addition, being able to detect and charge the connected phone when it is switched off is useful, as the machine does not have to be switched on to perform the charging function.

Also in the case of graphics performance, the best possible optimization was sought, as evidenced by the presence of both an integrated and a dedicated GPU. At low load, the dedicated graphics core works, but as soon as the situation gets serious, the dedicated unit takes over. The Sony VAIO E series also rewards dear customers with several gift accessories. Unfortunately, the exact date and pricing of the new models will not be known yet.
