GeCube Radeon X1300 XT Platinum Edition

Like Sapphire, GeCube has made a factory-tuned version of the Radeon X1300 XT, which has been given the fancy name Platinum Edition.

Representing the lower-middle class is the Radeon X1300 XT, which can be an ideal choice especially for players with more modest wallets, of course with some compromises. While not enough in most cases for maximum graphic detail in the latest games, it can still be very popular with ATI-sympathetic shoppers because of its affordable price.

The GeCube's overclocked video card is capable of 25% more performance than ATI's similar benchmark graphics controllers, thanks to elevated clock speeds. For VGA with dual DVI and HDTV output, the graphics core operates at 550 MHz, 128-bit 256 MB of GDDR3 memory operates at 1,3 GHz, and the number of pixel processing tubes is 12. The maximum resolution is 2048 × 1536 pixels at an image refresh rate of 70 Hz.

DirectX 90c, OpenGL 530 and Shader Model 2 support, which are now considered basic requirements, were not left out in the case of the card based on the graphics core codenamed RV9.0PRO2.0, which is made with 3.0 nanometer production technology. We do not yet know the price of the "Vista-ready" device.
