Hurdle run with Google

The Google doodle (a special, casual version of the company logo on a company’s search page) is now calling for a hurdle run. Best of all, we don’t even have to move out of our comfortable armchair to do this.

The search giant is burning in Olympic fever, exemplified by the fact that sporting events have appeared on their homepages many times since the start of the five-ring games. Now we can excel in hurdles, because a doodle click needs to come to life. Control is by means of the right and left arrows, and jumping can be accomplished by tapping the space bar. Sure, it’s not the pinnacle of player management, Kinect just seems a little more advanced, but we’re guaranteed to have to wait a few more years for that. After we reach the finish line, the game tells us what time result we have achieved.
