Galaxy Dual-Core GTS250 Test Results

Expreview staff announced a preliminary test on the performance of the Galaxy Dual-Core GTS250 due to high interest.

Some observers say the Galaxy dual-core GTS250 graphics card has sparked a lot of interest from informed readers, so now Expreview is releasing a preliminary test of the card’s performance.

You may still remember that the Galaxy's "next big bang" was first shown to the public at Computex 2009, which included three PWM controlled fans to provide enough cooling power for the two GPUs, but at the time it was not known, whether this cooling remains for the store version as well.

The dual-core GTS250 works on 675 MHz / 2000 MHz / 1696 MHz clocks (cores / memory / shading), with factory settings it knew 17493 points in 3DMark06.

The GeForce GTX 280 performs slightly worse using the same configuration, with a GPU score lag of about 5%.
