Honor developed a smart bracelet for runners, Honor Band 4 Running has arrived

The lighter, run-specialized version of the Honor Band 4 uses a six-axis sensor to measure runners ’movement and performance with increased accuracy.

Honor has unveiled its latest fitness supplement, the Honor Band 4 Running version. The device, which is specially designed for sports, can be worn on the wrists and legs, it also comes with a comfortable and well-adjustable strap and a cradle that can be attached to the shoelaces. Using the running monitoring algorithm developed by Honor and the new six-axis sensor, the foot-mounted Honor Band 4 Running can determine the running distance with an accuracy of over 95 percent. Leg movement patterns, landing times, stride rate, stride distance, and degree of eversion and turn angle are also determined, giving the user a complete picture of training results and improving faster, reducing the chance of injuries sustained during training.

The Honor Band 4 Running also got a 0,5-inch OLED display that reads well even in dazzling sunshine. In addition to daily activity monitoring and monitoring, the user can also be notified immediately of incoming calls, and the device can also inform about messages. The controls are simple and intuitive, and the touch-sensitive interface is a breeze to navigate. In addition, the Honor Band 4 Running also supports motion control, the screen can be turned on by lifting the wrist, and the functions can be switched by rotating the wrist.

Thanks to its high-performance yet low-power processor, the Honor Band 4 Running lasts up to 21 days on standby in a single charge, while up to two weeks of regular use will not require a charger. The user can almost completely forget that the Honor Band 4 Running wears a fitness bracelet, as the well-ventilated, TPU-based strap with the central unit is only 17 grams and there is no need to be afraid of water either, as it is waterproof up to 50 meters.
