The LG Optimus One is updated

Get the Android 2.3.3 update for the LG Optimus One.

According to original plans, the manufacturer no longer wanted to release an update to Android 2.3.3 for the Optimus One, then changed its mind unexpectedly earlier this year and announced on Facebook that the gingerbread would arrive in May. We haven’t heard much about it since, but now it looks like it’s really going to get everywhere slowly as the official update has already started in some countries.

To upgrade, we will need a client program that can be downloaded from LG, which, if available, will offer us 2.3.3. It is not yet known when the novelty will arrive in Hungary, so domestic owners will certainly have to wait for the gingerbread, unless they use some leaked or modified Gingerbread, but this way the warranty can easily be compromised!
