Official images have been posted on the World Wide Web of Microsoft’s next-generation portable player, the Zune HD.

Although pretty much nothing is known about the exact specifications of the device, there is heightened anticipation ahead of the device’s introduction, as it is undisputed that Microsoft intends to launch the novelty against the iPod Touch.
