In February, it will unveil LG’s 3D smartphone

The 3D craze continues, with the South Korean company now making not only 3D TVs and Blu-ray players, but also smartphones.

The 2011 Mobile World Congress kicks off on February 14, when the mobile named 3D Optimus will be unveiled. Official information on the specification has not been released yet, but it is said that with a 3 ″ touch screen that works perfectly without 4,3D glasses, an NVIDIA Tegra 2 3D chip will be placed under the cover, which hides two Cortex-A9 cores and 1,2 GHz is ticking. This is 200 MHz faster than the previously announced tablets using Tegra 2 SoC.
