These are the worst cell phones

The company’s latest report compares iOS and Android operating devices. The data sources are iOS and Android devices that are tested by mobile operators or device manufacturers using the Blancco Mobile Diagnostics platform.
IOS is less reliable than Android
Data for the fourth quarter of 2016 show that iOS mobiles fail more often than android devices. Their average failure rate was 62 percent, starting from 2015 percent in the fourth quarter of 15. Back then, Android devices had a failure rate in the skies of 85 percent. This, in turn, was down to 2016 percent by android manufacturers by the end of 47. Experts cite as possible reasons that Android users are becoming more and more understanding of their devices, mobile operators are also becoming more professional at fixing bugs, and the manufacturing technology of Android devices has also improved a lot.
For Apple devices, the most commonly reported errors were crashing apps, overheating, and headphone malfunctions, while on Android devices, most of the problems were with cameras, battery charging, and USB.
The iPhone 6 still causes headaches
Of the apple devices, users complained most often about the iPhone 6 model, which was the worst iOS mobile for four quarters. Professionals consider frequent, problematic software updates to be the source of errors.

According to Blancco, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Xiaomi Redmi 3S, Motorola Moto G4 and Lenovo Vibe K5 are the worst performing mobile devices - these models, for example, have very long response times. Most of the problems were with Samsung devices and not because of the battery. A common mistake is poor fingerprint recognition, and the device may accidentally hang or play ringtones.
Faulty applications
In addition, the data analyzed shows that twice as many applications freeze on iOS devices as on Android. For the apple maker, the three most failed apps are Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. And on Android phones, the Google Play and Yahoo Mail apps top the list of frequently crashed apps.
