Is the Chinese market going away? Apple is in a predicament

Which, let’s face it, would be a pretty significant loss given the size of the market (previous estimates would be a loss of at least $ 1,5 billion). It is well known that ProView registered the name “iPad” long before it was launched by Apple and does not allow Californians to bring the tablet to the Chinese store market under that name.
