ELSA GeForce 7 VGAs with individual cooling

Although ELSA is primarily known for ATI FireGL and NVIDIA Quadro video cards for workstations, several desktop VGAs have been exhibited at CeBIT that are worth reporting on.

As we know, the GeForce 7600 GT and GeForce 7900 GS have not been a new entrant in the video card market for a long time, so it is not the easiest task to come up with something new in this segment. ELSA still succeeded: their engineers equipped the most popular graphics controllers in the mid-range with a very special and highly efficient cooling unit.

The Zerotherm GX560, made entirely of copper, provides cooling of the GPU and memories on the Gladiac 1500 GS Phoenix 7900 card, which has an increased clock speed - 2/710 MHz - while the Gladiac 7600 GT Phoenix 2 has a completely identical Zerotherm GX700 performs cooling tasks.
