NVIDIA engineers have taken out the GK104 graphics processor for a long time, but have made minimal changes to it, so the GeForce GTX 760 can use 1152 96 CUDA cores and 32 textureers. Relatively high clock speeds will hopefully make up for the shortcomings. The graphics processor runs at 980 MHz by default (GPU Boost 2.0 can increase it to an average of 1033 MHz), and the GDDR5 on-board memory speed is 6,0 GHz.
