The Cinebench R20 is completed

The version of the performance app called R20 repeatedly skins our PC's central unit with a photorealistic rendering (beam tracking, high resolution, etc.). The free downloadable benchmark runs on any computer with at least 4,0 GB of RAM, and even requires support for the SSE3 instruction set. This is obviously the absolute minimum requirement, to achieve really high scores AVX2, and a lot of logical and physical cores are needed - up to 256 threads is not an obstacle!

An important novelty is that the Cinebench R20 can only be used for CPU testing, unlike its predecessor, it no longer includes a GPU tester. According to the developers, the test based on ray tracing requires eight times more computing power from the processor, and the memory requirement has also quadrupled. According to the first reports, the R20 really looks pretty convincing, yet it shows similar power ratios in INTEL-AMD as its predecessor.

Portable version of the Cinebench R20 Interior can be downloaded and the installer here available!
