The statue of Steve Jobs was completed in nearly two months and is currently being put to the final touches. According to sculptor Ernő Tóth, his work will depict the late head of the Apple company in a characteristic, dynamic pose. "The statue had to be made in record time. In the week after the death of Steve Jobs, the tender was announced, for which five artists submitted designs. When it was announced that I could make the two-meter-twenty-centimeter-high figure, I immediately got to work, and - although the time allotted for the completion was quite tight - we are currently putting the finishing touches on the bronze statue," the artist informed MTI.

"The work, created in a natural style, depicts the former head of Apple in a characteristic, emblematic pose, in a dynamic, performative, forward movement, which is meant to express the relationship between the machine and man. Not only the movement - especially his hand position - will be characteristic, but also his outfit: I depicted Steve Jobs in a turtleneck, scarf and sneakers," said Ernő Tóth about his work.

Already next week, the bronze figure will be erected, and the unveiling of the statue will be held on December 21 at XNUMX p.m., in Graphisoft Park, in front of the software company’s building.
