Elephants Dream: An animated film made with an open source program

The animation was rendered on university machines, so the entire production was free to use, made with its own tools, at no cost.

Elephants Dream is a film made in open source Blender using animation software. The aim of the project was to prove that high-quality productions can be created with free tools.

DVD content available for download from the creators' website:

• the movie is in NTSC and PAL DVD format
• the movie in HD video
• all production source files

The DVD can also be downloaded with the BitTorrent client at from the official site.
