Eleglide is not a bad manufacturer, but if I want to be very honest, I would not have dared to classify them as one of the good ones. However, the Coozy became a scooter that put the Eleglide on a completely different shelf in my eyes in terms of appearance, knowledge, and capabilities.
The Eleglide Coozy has a 350W motor (540W peak power), which can easily reach a maximum speed of 25km/h. The Coozy has a 450 Wh battery that can travel up to 50-55 km on a full charge, according to the manufacturer's data, which is longer than the range of most urban scooters.
The Eleglide Coozy also gets a new brake and suspension system: the double brake system consists of E-ABS and a rear disc brake. Many functions can be activated through the smart LED display and smartphone app, such as switching speed modes, changing the speed unit, activating cruise control mode and more. The app is compatible with iOS 12.0+ and Android 4.3+.
Coozy has four types of lighting: the headlight, the rear light and the direction indicator light located on the two ends of the handlebar ensure safe driving. The rear light works as both a conventional and a brake light, while you can use the left and right direction indicators to signal when turning.
The 10-inch pneumatic tires can be used on a variety of terrains, and the 19 cm wide footrest is enough for you to stand on comfortably and stably. The anti-slip cover protects against slipping on the footrest. The Eleglide Coozy offers multiple speed modes, including a maximum speed of 10/15/25 km/h and a push mode at 6 km/h.
All in all, the Eleglide Coozy is a convincing city scooter, which with its powerful engine and adequate range makes it capable of crossing even larger cities. The shock absorption and pneumatic tires are able to absorb minor road imperfections, so the journey will not be tiring even if the road conditions are not at the perfect level.
