Integra, Tesla and Newton are coming at the same time
The three of them are the new power supplies for Fractal Design. Eye-catching names, eye-catching exterior, as we have become accustomed to with Fractal Design.
The Integra R2 comes in 750- and 500-watt units. The Integra R2 80 PLUS is Bronze certified. The manufacturer recommends these power supplies for entry-level machines and smaller PC enclosures.
The Tesla R2 is made for those who build a more muscular machine. The unit, which features a 12-volt rail, is rated 80 PLUS Gold and has a power output of 650 watts. Supports CrossFireX and SLI systems. For this reason, Fractal prefers more powerful graphics workstations or gaming machines.
The strongest of the new feeds is the Newton R3. This unit is only 80 PLUS Bronze certified, but has 1000 watts of power. Of course, this is also tsupports CrossFireX and SLI systems. Extras include plug-in cables and a fan control system for quiet but safe operation.
The new power supplies are expected to be unveiled in November.
