Domain registration is easier and faster

From June 2011, 1, the regulation of domestic domain registration will change. One of the most important changes is that a .hu domain will be technically usable within 1-2 days, ie the previous two-week waiting list will be eliminated.

With the new regulations a registator.hu The online domain registration will be launched publicly for everyone, so you will have the opportunity to start domain registrations and manage the data online immediately. If any changes require documents, they are automatically generated.

The domain will be “Conditional Use” after the technical and administrative verification of the application, ie the applicant may start using it technically, but will not be “Registered” yet. At the same time, the domain will appear in the public listing.

Conditional release, similar to the current waiting list, is published by the Registry in a list, with the possibility to file a complaint against the claim within 8 days. If no complaint is received, the domain will be given delegated (Registered) status, after which it can only be challenged before the Registration Arbitrator or in court. If no complaint is received, the request will be fulfilled and the domain will be Registered. Otherwise, steps will be taken in accordance with the current Advisory Board procedure, but this will also take place with shorter deadlines, ie a decision of max. They are born in 3 weeks.

The distinction between current priority and non-priority needs will be abolished. This also means that the principle of “first come first served” applies to all needs. There can only be one claim registered for the same name at a time.
