A cheap 23,6-inch monitor popped up

Hannstar Display Corporation (Hanns-G for short) has come up with a new monitor called HL245 with 23,6-inch (60 cm) diagonals. The LED-backlit display has a native resolution of Full HD (1.920 × 1.080 pixels), a response time of 5 ms, and a brightness of 250 cd / m2. The manufacturer specified a static contrast ratio of 1.000: 1 and a dynamic contrast ratio of 15.000.000: 1. The range of video inputs consists of a D-Sub and a DVI.
The HL245 monitor comes on store shelves with a three-year warranty and has a price tag of € 153.
