Is the kerosene on the wire, the internet on the balloon?
It seems like a weird idea at first, but it just seems to me, not Google experts. They certainly see the fantasy of scattering the net with the help of a flying balloon.
On second thought, it's not crazy, as a balloon that floats high enough can spray a large area with a wireless connection. Only the power supply and the signal to be scattered need to be solved. Of course, this should not be a big problem either, as the sun always shines above the clouds, so there is energy, and the radiation can be solved for sure.
The essence of the project is that with the help of balloons that have been roughly doubled in flight altitude of passenger planes, the net would become available even in areas where it is not possible to build cable access.
