Dramatic price cuts for LG Blu-ray devices!
One of the goals of the recently closed LG Sweepstakes was to assess the needs of our readers regarding Blu-ray devices and most importantly their prices.
Nor would we have thought that the action would lead to a result so quickly, but the fact remains that this means that prices have fallen drastically.
We are very pleased that the opinions of our readers can have such a serious impact on the development of hardware prices, as well as the fact that this is the first time we can announce a price reduction.
Importantly, not only the price of read-write units but also the price of recordable discs has dropped. Instead of the write-once discs that can be purchased for 7-8-9 thousand forints, rewritable media (Blu-ray Disc rewritable on BD-RE 2X ) the recommended consumer price is between 3-4 thousand forints, which is half or a third of the price of discs that can only be written once.
According to our current information, these prices will be determined in the coming months, and we can expect a further decline only in the fourth quarter.
