ASUS is on the podium in the domestic notebook market

The Taiwanese manufacturer was able to post nearly double the growth in the notebook market in the last quarter of last year.

The ASUS office in Hungary, which opened in 2007, has achieved good results in Hungary as well: in the fourth quarter of 2007 (compared to the fourth quarter of 2006) sales increased by 33,5%, which is twice the market average, 17,8 .XNUMX% growth. This means that ASUS ranks third in domestic notebook sales.

The same is true for the full-year result: ASUS has reached the third stage of the imaginary podium in the Hungarian notebook market for the whole of 2007.

Europe-wide success In terms of sales in the fourth quarter of 2007 (IDC EMEA Quarterly PC Tracker, Q2007 4), ASUS ranked first in the notebook market in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria, followed by Russia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Latvia and Estonia. It ranks third on the podium in Poland, Hungary, Italy and Lithuania, and fourth on Spain and Romania.
