Toshiba has introduced a digital photo frame

Toshiba has unveiled its first digital photo frame, offering a simple and stylish way to display your favorite pictures.

The Toshiba Tekbright Photo Frame is designed to display digital still images, has an extra-large screen with a resolution of 720 x 480 pixels - significantly larger than the average digital photo frame - and also supports widescreen (16: 9 aspect ratio) display. To view images, users can store their images in the frame’s internal 64 MB memory or upload them using a flash drive or from the camera’s memory card. And if you need more space, you can load image collections from different memory cards (Compact Flash, SD, MMC, Memory Stick, or XD). The frame can be used in several ways, depending on the setting. Selecting the simplest setting displays the same image continuously. It is also a multi-function slide show with transition effects for continuous, alternate display of photos, and can be set to display multiple images of up to eight small images at once. Selecting images is made as easy as possible with the image browser function. The Toshiba Tekbright photo frame can also be set to function as a digital clock or calendar.
