Creative also officially unveiled its latest MP3 player, the second edition of the ZEN Neeon, on Wednesday.
Equipped with one, two or four gigabytes of flash memory, the player can play MP3, WMA, and WAV music formats, as well as JPEG image files, as well as AVI-type video movies. The device, which has a 1,5-inch display with a resolution of 128 × 128 pixels, communicates with the computer via a USB 2.0 interface. The maximum operating time of the lithium polymer battery is up to 20 hours for music and 480 minutes for movie playback.

Equipped with an FM radio and a built-in microphone, the 50-gram Creative ZEN Neeon 2 is not only more knowledgeable than its predecessor, but also a few millimeters narrower and thinner (81 × 42 × 12,5 mm). The 1 and 2 gigabyte versions will be available from August, while the version with the most storage will be available later. Players cost $ 199, $ 269, and $ 309, respectively.
