Advanced Micro Devices - better known as AMD - held an unexpected demonstration at this year’s Computex showcasing a working Trinity APU. All you need to know about this product is that the company will be the next step in Fusion, the successor to the Llano units, which hides Bulldozer module (s) as well as a powerful graphics controller. This product is positioned for 2012, so it was a good idea for many that Rick Bergman, senior manager at AMD, was already able to present a working copy. Of course, this may also mean that the Fusion project is progressing very well, but unfortunately no detailed technical information has been revealed about it. All that is still known about the Trinity is that it will also be made at 32 sqm and may be on the market earlier, even in the spring of 2012, compared to the original plans.
