CeBIT - GeForce 8600 images and 3DMark results
At this year's CeBIT, in addition to the R600 video cards, NVIDIA's mid-range innovations received the most attention.
At the ongoing exhibition in Hanover, our foreign colleagues managed to get the 8600 video cards of MSI and BFG to the lens. It is clear from the pictures that we have described earlier from reference cards how different the products now presented are: BFG has placed only the manufacturer’s logo on the cooling for the GeForce 8600 GTS, while the MSI 8600 GT differs in several respects - cooling, PCB, DVI.
Fortunately, in addition to the images, we can also provide 3DMark03 test results, so we can get some information from these figures about how the mid-range DX10 GeForces will perform during games.
