CeBIT 2008: DFI sheet X48 with rearranged sockets
The newest member of the LANParty family needed a minor correction.
A LANParty UT X48-T3R was present at the DFI booth at the Hanover exhibition, but more interestingly, the layout had to be modified due to ill-considered design, as the 2nd and 3rd PCI Express 2.0 sockets were too close together, limiting the possibility of building multi-card systems. Fortunately, this problem was recognized at DFI in time, even before distribution began, and was quickly corrected by swapping the location of the PCI and PCIe slots.
