Canon EOS 6D - the world's smallest and lightest DSLR

With a size and weight similar to the EOS 60D, the EOS 6D is the world's smallest and lightest DSLR with a full-frame CMOS sensor, making it ideal for travel, portrait and landscape photographers alike.large eos6d_3q1 The model is a new entry point into Canon's full-frame range and is the perfect choice for those who want more control over depth of field or just want to maximize the effectiveness of their shots with the EOS system's wide range of wide-angle EF lenses.
The EOS 6D uses a high-performance, full-frame image processing system and delivers excellent performance even in low light - all in a compact, rugged, lightweight design. The first EOS model to have Wi-Fi and GPS-iii connectivity instead of a camera, allowing photographers to capture stunning images on the go, add location data and wirelessly transfer them to a computer, cloud or smartphone .
Utilizing 25 years of EOS innovation, the EOS 6D has a newly designed 20,2-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor that can even print or cut poster-size images without sacrificing quality. The native ISO range of 100-25600 (expandable to 50-102400) also makes it easier than ever to capture sharp, natural images in almost complete darkness.

The new 11-point AF system also offers the best low-light performance of any Canon AF system ever made. Focusing in up to -3 fps (equivalent to full moon light), subjects can be focused in the most challenging lighting conditions - freely capturing landscapes or portraits at night and capturing the true atmosphere of the composition with minimal noise.
Using the full-frame sensor, you can better control the depth of field for portraits: it's easier to highlight the subject with a spectacular, blurred background. With the EOS 6D, the full potential of wide-angle EF lenses can be exploited and every tiny detail of a huge landscape can be captured with models with focal lengths from 8 to 800mm. High-performance DIGIC 5+ image processing offers a range of automatic modes and creative shooting functions along with full manual control to provide maximum flexibility for the widest range of users.
With a rich array of advanced features, the EOS 6D helps photographers capture high-quality landscapes and portraits. In HDR mode, you can capture both highlights and darker areas in difficult lighting situations, and the Multiple Exposure function lets you take up to 9 shots of a single image inside the camera, achieving a dramatic effect on the final image. Quiet mode allows for more restrained operation for portrait or wedding photography, for example, and the single-axis electronic horizon (water level) can be displayed in the viewfinder and LCD monitor, ensuring that the horizon is horizontal when composing the image.
With the EOS 6D, the first of the EOS to feature a built-in Wi-Fi connection, photographers can share images immediately after shooting. Images can be uploaded wirelessly to external storage devices, uploaded to Facebook and YouTube, or even printed wirelessly to a Canon printer with Wi-Fi. Movies and pictures can also be viewed on DLNA-ready HDTVs - displayed in high quality on the big screen. A wireless smartphone can also be used to remotely control the camera, change shooting and focus settings, then fire the shutter button remotely and view the captured image.
With the EOS 6D's built-in GPS, geographic data can be attached to images while shooting. By enabling GPS logging, travelers can capture a more accurate view of their trip and view it with the included Map Utility software.

Measuring just 144,5 x 110,5 x 71,2 mm and weighing 770 giv, the EOS 6D is the most compact full-screen DSLR ever made. Dust- and drop-protected, magnesium alloy frame provides robust protection, and the button layout is naturally handy and intuitive to use. Photographers can view their shots in captivating detail and natural colors on the large, high-resolution 7,7 cm (3,0 ”) Clear View LCD screen, which has been enhanced with anti-reflection coating to be clearly visible in bright sunlight and from extreme angles. .
The new BG-E13 battery grip provides extra power for longer shots, while making it easier to shoot in both vertical and horizontal directions. When used with two LP-E6 batteries, the battery grip can double the number of recordable shots, but can also be used with pencil (AA-) batteries for added convenience and flexibility.
