Xiaomi's new phone got a brutal selfie camera
The Xiaomi Mi 6X opens a new front in self-portrait.
According to the news so far, the Xiaomi Mi 6X promises to be a strong mid-range phone that the manufacturer has packed into extremely powerful cameras. This is not bad news, as there are many who consider the camera to be much more important than the amount of processor or even memory.
The novelty won’t be weak, though, with Qualcomm’s mid-range chip, an eight-core Snapdragon 2,2 with a 506GHz ticking processor and Adreno 626 graphics accelerator. The display has an 18: 9 aspect ratio according to the latest trends and a resolution of FHD +, i.e. 2160 x 1080 pixels.
But the real rudeness is only now coming! Xiaomi’s engineers have designed this phone specifically for those who take photography first. The front panel features a 20-megapixel camera with f / 2.0 aperture optics and a Sony IMX376 sensor. Backwards, we get even stronger hardware. The two cameras are located vertically below each other, one of which has a 20-megapixel sensor and the other an 8-megapixel sensor. The aperture value of the optics became f / 2.0 for the former, and even better for the latter, f / 1.8. Of course, the sensor can't be anything crappy either, an IMX468 CMOS performs service under the lenses.
We already know the time of the introduction of the phone, it will be April 25, but we have not yet received information about its price.
