Pantech took the wraps off its "magnificent" smartphone, the Vega R3.
Recently, smartphones with specifically large screens, which are actually already rubbing the tablet category, have enjoyed increasing success. Pantech didn’t want to be left out of the line either, the device just introduced boasts no less than a 5,3-inch display capable of 720p resolution. The speed of the Android Ice Cream Sandwich system is provided by the quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, which is a boon at 1,5 GHz. The CPU is supported by 2 GB of RAM and an Adreno 320 GPU, so there is no doubt about the speed. Under the back cover, the engineers placed a 2600 mAh battery. Memorable moments can be captured with 13 Megapixel optics. The phone is now available for purchase in South Korea, but there is no information yet on when it will arrive in Europe.
