ASUS has announced the R7 250 and R7 240 series DirectCU II graphics cards, which feature AMD's latest Radeon ™ R7 series graphics processing units (GPUs).

The new R7 250 and R7 240 cards benefit from a range of exclusive ASUS technologies and accessories, such as built from Super Alloy Power components for superior stability, dust-proof fans for longer life, and GPU Tweak, this easy-to-use tuning software helps squeeze the last drops of performance from the graphics card as well.

The R7 240 comes with a fast 730 MHz base clock GPU and the R7 250 splits at 1000 megahertz. Both cards are compatible with Windows 8.1.

The ASUS R7 250 and R7 240 graphics cards will hit stores around the world on October 11th. Domestic recommended gross end-user prices are as follows:
