In addition, the search giant has announced that it will permanently bury its stores offering mobile content and instead come up with a more unified service system in the future. This does not mean that the Market and the online music and video store will cease to exist permanently, but rather that the existing offer will be tied up in a much more transparent system, and, like its competitors, it will only seek a web presence.

As a result, users will soon be able to encounter four new Play channels. The Play Store, which has replaced Market, remains the hub for Android apps, Play Music replaces Google Music, Play Book takes over the Google Books e-book offering, and Play Movies replaces Movies with the latest movie successes. come to life. The offer of each content site will not change, and the existing territorial restrictions will be maintained by Google, so officially only the former Market applications and games will be available in Hungary for the time being.

In parallel with the introduction of Play, Google is also announcing a one-week promotion titled “7 Days to Play,” which includes a number of popular premium apps, books, music and videos (the latter only available to users in certain countries) at a discount.
