AMD is back on track

Like Intel, AMD ended the third quarter profitably. We can say that, fortunately, this has happened, because if a company's business is unprofitable for a long time, it doesn't usually drag on for a long time… .especially not in today's world.

AMD is back on track

Although the situation is not completely rosy either. Total sales were $ 1,46 billion, of which only $ 48 million was net profit. This is a 26% increase over the third quarter last year, but falls far short of projected revenue of 95 million. Nevertheless, it can be said that the industry is growing by 15% year on year. It cannot be forgotten that this increase in revenue is largely due to the APU in the soon-to-be-released new consoles (only Microsoft has a $ 3 billion contract with AMD), which will certainly determine AMD’s financial growth in the long run.

In any case, AMD fans can rejoice that the company is heading in the right direction again. It’s also hard to imagine what the world would be like with Intel’s mere participation in the processor market.
