ASUS EN7600GS TOP SILENT

Here’s a new mid-range video card from the popular manufacturer that certainly won’t break the silence of the room.

Asus has released its latest graphics controller called EN7600GS TOP, which is fully passively cooled. Those from the Far East also promise increased performance (up to 25%) compared to solutions equipped with the "traditional" NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS GPU, which is greatly contributed by the 512 MB DDR2 memory on the motherboard.

The biggest attraction of the card may be the redesigned sizing heatsink, which is of course paired with a heat pipe solution for better heat dissipation, thus ensuring 0 dB noise. It must have been noticeable to many from the picture that the cooling was on the back of the VGA. According to the engineers, this is useful because - together with the fold-out part - it dissipates most of the heat energy to the CPU fan, which results in more efficient heat dissipation. The biggest question is what reserves does our favorite processor cooler have in today’s world of hot-headed CPUs.
