The Republic of Gamers series has been expanded with a very interesting piece.

Compacting the game-sharpened ASUS motherboards, the Republic of Gamers series has grown into a truly special model that can be considered a cuckoo's egg. Browsing through the description of the board called G-SURF365, you will soon realize that it is something completely different: Socket AM2 socket for AMD Athlon 64 X2, Athlon 64 FX, Athlon 64 and Sempron processors, NVIDIA nForce 630a chipset, support for 800 MHz DDR2 memories up to 4 GB, 1 PCI Express x16 and 2 32-bit PCI slots, integrated gigabit network controller, six-channel audio processor, 2 SATA and 1 IDE connection points, high-conductivity polymer capacitors and copper cooling.

From the list above, it is clear that this is a correct motherboard, but far from being designed for running Crysis and other "machine-eating" games. So what's the point? The answer is given by the security system called G-Guardian, if we can even call it a piece of plastic that can be attached to a motherboard and can be considered an ingenious, but still extremely simple solution. In any case, they were brave enough at ASUS: according to their opinion, by installing fire-red plastic elements, it is possible to prevent, or to be more precise, to postpone for a while the burning of memory modules and input devices — mouse and keyboard. It is up to the readers to decide how effective this protection is, but it is certain that whoever is thinking about stealing the memories will certainly hit the computer case with a screwdriver.
