Antec Sonata III - third act

After some changes, the successor to Sonata and Sonata II arrived.

The outer cover is roughly the same as the previous series, only the front panel has become brighter and the USB, audio and eSATA terminals are horizontal. The engineers inside the house did not change; it didn’t even have to, as the Sonata series had a near-perfect layout so far.

Power alone has been replaced with an EarthWatts EA 500 model that operates at 80% efficiency using active PFC. The power supply has two 12 V branches on which it can deliver a total of 408 W.
