AMD Bulldozer: detailed information in August?

There is a good chance that the manufacturer will provide important information towards the end of the summer.

One or two things have already been known about the architecture of the upcoming Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) desktop processor, but now there is a good chance that the world will learn much more and more detailed information about it, namely at the so-called HotChips conference, where with a focus on high-performance processors, one of AMD’s Mike Butler will talk about the company’s new and still under development CPU architecture, dubbed the Bulldozer.

The title and topic of the presentation will be as follows:
"A new approach to multithreading for maximum efficiency and performance."
Based on this, it is rightly expected that AMD will reveal details of how the Bulldozer will be efficient and fast. It is also possible that specific performance data will be provided. The first official launch of Bulldozer-based products will be in 2011.
