Low power GeForce 9600 GT from the Galaxy

Another "green" video card has been unveiled.

The Cooler Master-cooled video card is based on the G55 graphics chip with 94-nanometer manufacturing technology, which operates at 59 MHz to reduce power consumption (600 W), compared to the 96 MHz core clock of the 650 W model. The blue printed circuit board of the VGA, which is deprived of its power connector, has GDDR3 memory chips that total 512 MB, have an effective clock speed of 1800 MHz, and are otherwise connected to a 256-bit data bus.

The graphics card with DVI, D-Sub and HDMI outputs can even get a companion through its DirectX 10 compatible SLI connector, but its recommended retail price has not been revealed by the Galaxy.
