One of the world's first HD webcams

Although Microsoft has already announced its VX-6000 model, with a resolution of 1280×1024 and up to 5 MPixel interpolated images, it has not yet been released, so Logitech has a chance to be the first to launch a HD resolution (1280×720) webcam. The QuickCam Ultra Vision will probably be "only" 30 fps, but this is enough for a continuous image, and due to the resolution, a fairly fast internet connection will also be required. Logitech's camera also includes a "Rightlight 2" sensor, which automatically optimizes video settings in poor lighting conditions. The brightness of the device has been increased to 1.6, so it will probably be able to take sharper, brighter stills. Furthermore, the Logitech Video Effects program is also included, with which we can transform ourselves into a three-dimensional animated character. The expected release is August, and the recommended end-user price is 130 US dollars, i.e. approx. HUF 29.
