NEC expands the MultiSync EA family with a 24-inch member
The US NEC has announced the latest member of the second generation of the MultiSync EA family, the 24-inch EA243WM.
Thanks to the LED backlight, the model, which is only slightly different from the previous generation models but still carries significant changes, has lower weight on the one hand and better energy saving indicators on the other. The display settings can be made using the touch interface on the lower right edge of the frame, but if you are sloppy and do not take time to calibrate the monitor normally, the built-in sensors will automatically adjust the settings to the current environment.
The EA243WM doesn't lack input ports either, as we also have HDMI, Displayport, DVI-D and VGA ports. And with the built-in add-on called ControlSync, we have the option of connecting up to 6 EA243WM monitors to a huge display. The essence of this is that we select a so-called master monitor from the 6 devices and the properties set on this will be transferred to the other monitors as well.
It is also worth mentioning the set / restore function in the Customize Settings, with which the preferred monitor configuration can be saved at the touch of a button or restored immediately.
