Can the iPad be a favorite of contemporary painting?

Thanks to a new device, artists can now "paint" even on an iPad.

Nowadays, it is difficult to create something new in the field of art. The technique can also be called for help, although it is not yet certain that the creation will be timeless. In our case, I wouldn’t say that’s going to be the case either, yet an interesting new tool has been added to the palette, a capacitive brush that makes it almost feel like painting on a tablet as if we were doing the same thing on canvas.

The Nomad Brush tool looks like a smooth brush at first glance, but it's not. Who would have thought that they could come up with something like this after the capacitive pencil. It's a good idea, and even if it will not be mainly used by "real" artists who draw and paint as a hobby, this invention can also bring joy to them.
Of course, it works not only with the iPad, but with any device that has a capacitive display. In the videos below, you can admire Nomad Brush in action.

For now, things are still in their infancy, but as we know, progress is ongoing. At MWC 2011, HTC unveiled a new kind of style solution paired with a special display. It already senses the pressure. It could easily be that even more advanced technologies will soon delight us in this area as well.
