Xiaomi has become best known for its phones in recent years, but in the last year, more and more sub-brands have emerged in the company that offer other tools or even clothing instead of electric gadgets. One of these is the Youpin brand, which belongs to Xiaomi, but for the most part launches devices that we have not seen from a Chinese manufacturer so far. We’ll find everything from traditional t-shirts to bikes for kids to thermos, and of course everything in the quality we’re used to from Xiaom.

In this presentation, not only, but mostly of the curiosities that appear under the Youpin brand name, we recommend those that do not require an electrical outlet or battery.

Under the name Youpin, we also find kitchen utensils, ones that require an outlet, but now we stick to the simpler things. For example, here is the first set with this feature.

By removing the inner part, the container can be used, for example, for whipping with a machine, because the rigid roof part prevents the foam from splashing out.

The second function is the drip tray. This can be used, for example, to rinse fruit, but even after washing dishes, we can also dry the cutlery in it. The bowl, available in two colors, blue and orange, isn’t cheap, but knowing the quality of Xiaomi can be worth the price. Similarly, better quality plastic kitchen bowls cost that much at home, so it’s really only worth ordering from outside if you want to exist among Xiaomi stuff in the kitchen as well.

Xiaomi Youpin foot-powered children's bicycle / tricycle

This bike is one of my favorite Youpin products. The manufacturer recommends it for children between the ages of 18 and 36 months up to a height of 85 to 120 inches and up to 20 kilograms.

The interesting thing about the bike is that it is a two-in-one structure, as the rear wheels are turned into a tricycle and turned into a bicycle. However, the trick isn’t just that, the manufacturer has been paying attention to the way the kid grows on the bike to follow him in this. The seat can be slid back and forth and the steering angle can be adjusted. Moreover, if that weren’t enough, the tricycle can be converted to pedal or pedalless, or it can be used as a bicycle with a smooth-legged two-wheeler.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer asks for the price for all this cunning, so don’t expect to get it at a bunny motor price, but it’s almost guaranteed that a kid won’t settle, so additional seedlings can use it, or if no more offspring are planned, used there will also be someone who will knock him down.

Xiaomi Youp's baseball cap

Here is the first item of clothing we recommend from Youpin for your attention. I already have personal experience with this, I already have one at home. I’ll tell you honestly only the curiosity drove me when I ordered it, because baseball caps look on my head like someone there forgot half a melon peel. The cap came, I tried, and it turned out to be the first baseball cap I don’t look like an inflated head preschooler. In fact, if you can say that, it's okay!

I can’t say too much about quality, at most it’s perfect. Anyone who has already had an original American baseball cap in their hand, such as the ones sold in the teams shop, may have an idea of ​​what they mean by quality. The pictures can show this, you can simply feel the quality of the material and the cut.

Xiaomi Youpin tent

It’s summer, it’s camping season, so I recommend the Xiaomi Tent for your attention as well. It is probably of good quality, it looks good based on the pictures. However, to the point of completeness, we get transits of this size and function at home for that much, so like the mixing bowl, I say order it if you definitely want to put your head to sleep in a Xiaomi tent.

The tent is suitable as a sleeping place for three or four people anyway, I dare to risk that it is more fortunate to calculate with three people based on size (258 x 157 x 110 cm) or with two parents and two children. Of course, if the family is small, the situation is different. The interesting thing about the tent is that it only takes 3 seconds to open it. Okay, then it doesn’t hurt to get fired, but with these tents, we can certainly forget about the old tubular wonders that could take hours to assemble.

The manufacturer also highlights water resistance - base on a tent -, good ventilation - I think this is also to be expected - and storage pockets on the inside. That is, it knows everything a tent needs to know, it can be quickly unfolded and folded, shipped in a small package, and weighs only 2,8 kilograms.

Xiaomi Mijia 2 trainers

Mijia is a sub-brand similar to Youpin, though not famous for their wearable devices. An exception is perhaps their smart shoes unveiled last year, in which we find a unit that keeps in touch with our phone via Bluetooth and helps us improve our running style. It not only monitors the number of steps, but also, for example, which part of our soles touches the ground first and also with what force.

Now that I’ve said so many interesting things about my predecessor, I also reveal that this shoe doesn’t have any smart features. They may release a built-in chip later, but that's not it. Nevertheless, I ordered one of it, which is still on its way to me, but if you get here you are guaranteed to get an article about it.

So the interesting thing about this shoe is not its cleverness, but the fact that the manufacturer has fabricated a sole made up of five different layers for it. In it we also find a “wear” layer, a vibration-absorbing layer and one that tries to protect the arch of the sole. I am very curious about it because it looks good based on the pictures and the price is very friendly. Currently, they are asking for $ 50, which is 13-14 thousand forints at today's exchange rate, so we can buy very low-cost shoes at home for the money. So I’m already looking forward to the postman to finally ring him!

Xiaomi Mijia retro glasses

Xiaomi also offers several types of sunglasses, these are usually true classic style pieces. based on the pictures, I liked the pilot goggles the most, I also ordered it, but it turned out that I should not go to the street in it, because it is so crappy on my head that my fellow citizens who put too much emphasis on aesthetic appearance are afraid.

The sunglasses in this show evoke John Lennon more than the pilots. At least based on the shape, because looking at the pictures it’s not a tiny round glasses. The shape is right, but the size isn’t a bit, it’s much bigger.

If I take the quality of the pilot's glasses as a basis, I have to say that you will not be disappointed in that either. Amaz really frank stuff, nice materials, comfortable to wear. The price of the glasses is not exaggerated, but the fact is that we can find sunglasses cheaper than this in Auchan, so it is certain that the name and quality will be paid for.

I’m not just writing a paragraph about this structure, which is why I’ve written an article about it before. It’s a convenient, classic VR solution that we can put our phones between 4,7 and 5,7 inches as described. I’ve already used my six-inch Xiaomi MIX 2 in it, it was also perfect with it, so the fact that you have a display of this size on your mobile doesn’t have to discard your purchase yet.

Xiaomi umbrella

I was wondering what I could write about it other than being an umbrella, but I didn’t get much. True, the manufacturer lists some interesting or less interesting abilities, but these are also difficult to write long sentences about.

The point is, the umbrella can be used not only as an umbrella, but also as an umbrella. It’s not ruined by the damn UV rays, and it even has some heat-reflecting ability, so underneath the weather might be a little better than above. Of course, it's waterproof, because an umbrella would be weird if it rained. We say windproof too, if they say I believe it. On top of that, it's automatic too! Obviously we get the usual Xiaomi quality here too, so you sure you won’t be disappointed with this slightly foldable but unlocked large umbrella.

Xiaomi Youpin CIGA automatic mechanical watch

Sure, Xiaomi not only makes smartwatches, but also traditional mechanics. More precisely, mechanics as well, because there are two of the CIGAs, albeit the newer one, which is not square, but a traditional round I haven't seen in a web store yet.

The body, designed by Michael Young, is made of a high-strength stainless steel alloy with a sapphire crystal “glass” on the front and back that has a hardness of 9 degrees on the Mohs scale, bringing it close to the hardness of a diamond. This means that the watch is well resistant to scratches and various physical impacts. The watch is available in two colors, black and silver.

The interior structure based on the Seagull ST2551JK has been given gold and silver colors, with 21 oscillating movements per hour with moving parts. The clockwork itself contains 600 gears, some of which rotate on the 25 ruby ​​crystals. For the accuracy of the structure, the manufacturer specifies an error range between -19 and +15 seconds during 30 hours of operation. The watch case has got minimal protection against water and dust, so I wouldn’t dare put it under a tap anymore.

The CIGA isn’t cheap, but it looks exclusive enough to be bought by those who wear the watch almost like jewelry. For 45 thousand forints we can buy a serious smartwatch, but let's face it, it will never be as stylish as the Xiaomi Youpin CIGA!

By the end, again, a piece of clothing remained, a simple T-shirt, or T-shirt, as it is called west of us. At the beginning you can see the Xiaomi bunny, albeit in a rather strange form, but recognizably so that every initiate knows what we are really wearing a Xiaomi t-shirt. Many people say that it is too expensive, and this is true somewhere, as it costs more than 5000 forints. We can get a plain t-shirt at home much cheaper than that, but they can ask for much more for a better piece, so it's just a matter of perspective. If we take Xiaomite as a brand not just a plain Chinese dozen, it is not expensive to compare it to the average Chinese T-shirts then it is.

Obviously, with this compilation, we just scratched the top of the supply. There are already so many products and types of products coming out of Xiaom that it would be difficult to list them. However, in my own experience, these products have in common, whether they bear the name or designation of any sub-brand, and that is quality. From packaging to material selection to a multitude of features, Xiaomi’s products stand out from the average Chinese lineup, so I can offer not only their phones, but any other product with a pure heart.
