We would be poisoned that the whole concept is based on a 3D printer, as there are serious similarities in the principle of operation. The big advantage of a printer pen over the former is that it runs at a (much) more affordable price. But what exactly do these gadgets know?

The thing is simple and great without exaggeration. Each such pen hides a powerful motor that pulls in colored plastic sticks and then melts to release it. This molten material solidifies in moments and forms a surprisingly stable structure, so it's even suitable for creating more complex shapes! The latter statement should be taken seriously, as it is supported by the fact that rising from the paper, we can continue drawing even in the air.

The Sunlu SL-300's engine is adjustable in eight gears, making it the world's lightest 3D pen, according to Gearbest, so we're not sure. You can see a tiny display on the sleek housing to control the temperature. This is necessary because we can use two types of thermoplastics: ABS and PLA. Both have positive and negative properties, but for use, it is important to know that the latter melts more easily (between 160-180 degrees Celsius), so we need to make the right adjustment. Once we’re done with that, we can start warming up with a button (that’s when the indicator LED comes in handy), then basically all we have to do is load and we can already throw in the pen!

While using the gadget is by no means a devilish task, it is nonetheless perhaps more recommended for art-minded adults than for the youngest age group.

Based on the videos, unconscious good things can be brought out of it, of course this obviously requires a large dose of creativity, approx. the same patience and a better-than-average dexterity. It would be better not to think about what would happen without them.
