Seagate comes with 2 billion hard drives

Seagate Technology announced yesterday that another milestone has been left. Unbelievable, but it took 29 years to deliver the first one billion HDDs, while the second took 4 years. Good old hard drives are still the best for storing digital content. The variety of cloud-based services, the proliferation of mobile devices, and YouTube’s unstoppable fattening will ensure that Seagate is not left without work in the future.
