The first S40 phone, the Nokia 7110, came out more than 10 years ago. The Finnish manufacturer has now reached another milestone. The 1,5 billionth handset was a Nokia Asha 303 purchased by Mayara Rodrigues in Sao Paulo. The 21-year-old Brazilian woman remarked that with this phone she wants to keep in touch with her acquaintances and friends on various social networking sites. The S40-based Nokia Asha 303 also has a touchscreen and a front-panel QWERTY keyboard, so it can really be suitable for these tasks.
